12 Days and Counting and you still have some last minute shopping to do? I hope you are not like me, waiting for the absolute last minute. I really do admire those of you who take advantage of Black Friday and the days after and get all your shopping done. You are my Christmas heroes. In my defense, I guess I’m one of the very few women I know who hate shopping. Unless it has to do with books, music or technology, I’d rather stay away from stores. I like to know exactly what I want, know exactly which store to find it and go right there and get what I want without the hassling of searching and all that goes with shopping. However, Christmas always poses a challenge for me because whether I like it or not, I have to face the crowds, the hustling and bustling and step out of my comfort zone and S H O P!!! Oh no!
Anyway, here are a few toy ideas if you still have one or two gifts to purchase for that special boy or girl in your life. I got these ideas from my 8-year old and have added links to her reviews.
1. Zoomer Zuppies: – this toy works well for both boys and girls and there are lots of varieties to choose from. They start, anywhere from in the $30 – $90 range. My daughter has had lots of fun playing with her Zoomer Zuppies Lola.

The Worry Eaters: – Another great gift from the Haywire Group, especially for kids who are experiencing bullying, afraid of the dark, etc. A kid gets to write whatever is bothering them and give it to the Worry Eater so they can stop worrying.
