Bugs On Toast: The Art & Science of Entomophagy
Last May when I published When Freedom Came, it was a lot of fun and I had time on my hands because I was in between jobs. With a full time job, the publishing process for #BugsonToast has taken longer than expected. However, self-publishing has given me renewed appreciation for traditional publishers. To provide quality products to readers is definitely not a one-person job. I have had to depend on different resources for those services that I can’t provide or need to learn to do. I am having fun and enjoying learning new softwares and concepts.
In addition, in my research, I have learned quite a lot on the subject of entomophagy and met a lot of wonderful entomophagists along the way. One such group is #LittleHerds and they are on a mission to educate the public about the sustainability and nutritional values of edible insects. Check them out on Barnraiser. Little Herds launched a crowdfunding campaign and you can find out more about them and the wonderful projects they are working on. Click here for more videos on Little Herds and to learn more on entomophagy.
Stay tuned for the book launch date for Bugs on Toast.
Be Blessed,
